Glad Nick liked the bean salad. I believe that the following is about right (it should be half of the quantity we made for the invitation):

• 2 cans of northern beans (Goya)
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 orange bell pepper
• 1 yellow bell pepper
• 1 green bell pepper
• 1 large tomato
• 1 onion
• Black olives (half a small box of Shiraz).
• Salt (to taste), ground pepper mix (to taste), lime (one to one and a half- to taste) and oil (I used olive oil at Mom’s request 3 large spoons, I used the plastic spoon of the salad tongs), you can also add chopped garlic (to taste), Mom did not want the garlic for the invitation!
