Use all my kitchen ware and dont wash or dry it. Even if they do wash it, its sitting in the dryer for me to have to put away. Id like to keep most kitchen ware seperate, even with a dishwasher.
Living room and other shared spaces. I have to keep them orderly, 5 minutes average per day, every single day. Moving shoes, taking mail to trash and roommates rooms, moving books, storing DVDs, putting away blankets and coats.
Eating tray gets very dirty very fast. No chunks of food and stains would be nice. Same with kitchen counters and tables, wipe them off if you spill something or cooking splashes. I am guilty of forgetting this too though.
Shower curtain and rugs gets nasty because the curtain is folded upon itself (I unfold it every time), and the rugs are used for drying purposes instead of using a towel before you get out of the shower. Toilet rolls are never replaced in the roller mechanism, just sitting on the window sill. The cabinet/mirror that holds my toothbrush is opened and not closed. Every single day I have to close it in order to keep my toothbrush clean from the nasty germs floating around in bathrooms. I am not big on cleaning bathrooms though, so I am guilty of the rest of the bathroom being dirty.
Dirty carpets, hard floors, and dusty furniture/appliances. I gave up on vacuuming and dusting because no one else ever does it. Maybe vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting can be put on a schedule to be done every few weeks or months or a certain day can be cleaning day for all members to clean together (makes it a lil funner).
Internet usage. This is a tough one because I am very guilty of abusing the internets bandwidth too. Most of the time when downloading big shit, its ok, but when its during a time when someone else wants to do some research or play a game, it sucks and you have to disconnect ppl from the network completly. Maybe this can be curbed by agreeing to allow eachother to go on the other persons computer and stop or slow the downloading service (bit torrent, kazaa, etc)
When something went wrong with the house, other roommates would not make the call and arrangements for repair man. In my own house though, most of those chores will be up to me, the house owner.
Messed with my entertainment center. Doing something standard like switching a wire here and there or using it for games and then completely cleaning up after the session, are ok. But when it involves adding new componenets permanently, moving permanent wires, or having a mess of games sitting around that are not mine on my $2500+ system, not cool.
